Welcome! My name is Darius Askaripour and I’m the owner of Access Granted. You obviously have a great interest in Real Estate and want to learn more about this opportunity. The fact that we have invited you means that we see promise in you and are willing to work with you in some capacity and allow you into our organization pending the one-on-one. Attending my presentation is  the first step as this is not open to the public and by invite only. You will want to confirm your attendence as it is necesary part of the candidtae process.

With that being said we want you to fully understand what this position entails; duties, responsibility, and most importantly… how we make money!

You will be able to see and hold actual cases, get a close up look at our Order of Operations for short-sales, get a feel for how we make our money as we rescue distressed homeowners. We will also discuss the sale aspect of our business that generates serious steady income for those we choose to work with to use to invest in real estate. At the end of the presentation we will set up a time for you to meet with us in our corporate office to discus your candidacy further.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU DO NOT NEED ANY SPECIAL LICENSE, ANY EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE, NOR DO YOU HAVE TO BE A REALTOR OR GIVE UP YOUR CURRENT JOB. THIS IS PART-TIME. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE THE DESIRE TO LEARN AND BE WILLING TO PUT IN THE WORK!
