The Gift of Giving Program

This program was started as a way to give back to the community, that embraced us. Many brokerages, lenders, or banks give their clients a bottle of wine, gift certificate, or useless knick-knack when a deal is closed. Not to say we don’t do this as well, because there’s nothing wrong with showing clients with gifts…I’ve never heard anyone complain about that.However, these parting gifts really serve no purpose, other than to say “Thank You for your business”.

We here at Access Granted feel as though the best gift is that of giving. So we take $75 from every deal that closes (*this is not charged to you, it comes out of our proceeds*) and donate it to your charity of choice, in your name[s]. It’s our way of saying “Thank You…we appreciate you…and feel good about yourself, because you did a good deed today!
